Eligibility and Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to register for an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Course Access and Usage

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course(s) for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise stated.

  • Your access is non-transferable and for personal use only.

  • Sharing login credentials or course materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination.

Intellectual Property

All content on the SATisfactory platform—including videos, slides, assessments, mock tests, trademarks, logos, and proprietary tools like FlexiTutor™, SmartMock™, and PlanPilot™—are the exclusive intellectual property of SATisfactory Education.

You may not:

  • Copy, download, modify, reproduce, or distribute our content

  • Reverse-engineer any part of the platform

  • Use our name, logo, or content without prior written consent

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Use the platform for lawful and educational purposes only

  • Not engage in abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior

  • Not upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

  • Not attempt to bypass system restrictions or security protocols

Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or permanent ban from our services.

Payments and Refunds

  • All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration through the available payment gateways.

  • Once a course has been initiated (even partially), no refund will be provided.

  • Refunds, if approved (e.g., in the case of duplicate payments), will be processed within 7–10 business days.

We encourage users to book a free demo session before enrollment.

Limitation of Liability

SATisfactory Education provides content for educational purposes and does not guarantee admission to any university or a specific SAT score.

We are not liable for:

  • Technical issues or outages beyond our control

  • User decisions based on course advice or data

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Modifications to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the platform after modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
